Ever wanted a multi-tool that is actually awesome to use? That’s what these two new tools from Fix It Sticks are all about. Currently on Kickstarter, these steel tools come with replaceable bits but you can also use any quarter inch bit from the hardware store.
The really nifty thing about the compact replaceable design (pictured above) is that the sticks slot into each other, forming a tool that gives you a good handle on things and a whole lot of leverage. Everything comes in a nifty little pouch made from an old inner tube and will cost you US$30.
You can also buy a version that is permanently locked in the t-shape and is a fully functional wrench (pictured below). This one costs US$25.
If you are worried about losing the bits then the original lightweight aluminium Fix It Sticks are what you need, because the bits aren’t interchangeable. If you want the light weight but with the replaceable bits then US$99 will get you a titanium model.
These tools are designed and made in the US by Brian Davis. Shipping to Australia costs US$9.
